-The CTA program improves the visitor experience, attracting more tourists, which positively impacts our local economy through increased spending and repeat visits.

Question 2: With 5.3 million visitors coming to our area annually, can you tell us how the CTA program inspires front-line employees and volunteers to create positive encounters for these visitors?

-The CTA program equips front-line employees and volunteers with the knowledge and skills to create memorable experiences for visitors, encouraging repeat tourism.

Question 3: In what ways does the CTA program benefit LEAP staff? How does this partnership benefit both businesses and the broader community in our region?

-LEAP works with businesses every day, and the CTA program helps us showcase our region's attractions, making it an appealing place for businesses to operate and engage with the community and talent to land in our region.
